1. Who we are
JustCall Tech Services LLP (LLPIN: ACY-1685, PAN: AAWFJ8653J), a Limited Liability Partnership incorporated under the LLP Act 2008, operating through the website justcalltech.in, our Android application, WhatsApp, and phone bookings (referred to as "JustCallTech", "we", "us"). Registered office: 905, Floor-9, Wing-A, Clara, Dombivli East, Khoni, Manpada, Kalyan, Thane - 421204, Maharashtra.
2. Information we collect
2.1 Information you provide directly
Booking details: Name, phone number, email, address, service type, device model, problem description.
What we don't do: We never sell your data to third parties. We never use your contact information for unrelated marketing without your explicit consent. We never share customer lists with competitors.
4. Data storage and security
Customer data is stored on Google Firebase (Firestore), hosted in Google Cloud asia-south1 region (Mumbai).
All data in transit is encrypted using TLS 1.3 (HTTPS).
Data at rest is encrypted by Firebase using AES-256.
Access to customer data is restricted to JustCallTech's founder and support staff on a strict need-to-know basis.
Anyone who handles customer data is bound by confidentiality obligations.
Payment information is processed by PCI-DSS compliant payment partners; we do not store credit card numbers or CVVs.
Backup and disaster recovery: daily automatic backups via Firebase.
5. Data retention
We retain your data only as long as necessary:
Active customer records: retained for the duration of customer relationship + 7 years (GST and Income Tax compliance requirement)
Payment records: 8 years (financial audit requirement)
6. Your rights (under DPDP Act 2023)
The Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023 grants you the following rights regarding your personal data:
Right to access: Request a copy of all personal data we hold about you.
Right to correction: Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete information.
Right to erasure: Request deletion of your data (subject to legal retention requirements).
Right to withdraw consent: Withdraw your consent for marketing communications at any time.
Right to grievance redressal: Lodge a complaint with our Grievance Officer (see Section 11).
Right to nominate: Nominate a representative to exercise your rights in case of your death or incapacity.

7. Third-party services we use
JustCallTech uses the following third-party services that may process limited customer data:
Hostinger (web hosting in India) — bound by hosting agreement to data protection
We do not share your personal data with these providers beyond what is strictly necessary for them to perform their function.
8. Cookies and tracking
Our website uses minimal cookies:
Essential cookies: Required for login session management — cannot be disabled.
Analytics cookies (Google Analytics): Anonymous usage statistics. Can be disabled by browser settings or using browser extensions like uBlock Origin.
Preference cookies: Remember your language, location, or theme preference.
We do not use advertising cookies or retargeting pixels at this time.
9. Children's privacy
JustCallTech's services are intended for adults (18 years and above). We do not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under 18. If you become aware that a minor has provided personal information to us without parental consent, please contact us — we will delete it within 7 working days.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our services, technology, or law. The latest version is always published at justcalltech.in/privacy/. Material changes will be notified via email to active customers.
